This weekend we’ve got a free Card big FOX. We’re finally getting the rematch with Dustin Poirier vs Eddie Alvarez following their first battle ended in a No Contest. These are just two of the most exciting fighters in the UFC and we should see an wonderful struggle here. DraftKings has some adequate competitions out with this particular card and I was surprised to see a $20k top prize in their own principal tournament. That’s what I shall be pursuing and I will be making a lot of LUs to throw to that. Here are a few plays I like for Saturday and my fade of the week:
Cash Game play of this week — Stack (Dustin Poirier $8,800 AND Eddie Alvarez $7,400)
This is an effortless method to start my money LU this week and I anticipate this to be quite well known in all money game formats. These two have been on pace for a high scoring struggle in their first battle and I think we’ve got an easy 100+ between the both of them . I think that the winner of the fight will score over 100 points themselves and then we add all of the sig strikes and other points from the loser as well. But we guarantee ourselves that the triumph. The only way this fight does not score over a hundred DK points is someone gets kneed in the head prohibited and the fight is stopped short….
GPP drama of the week — Hakeem Dawodu ($9,400)
I think this matchup was put up to get Dawodu a win. In addition, I think Islam Makhachev, who’s $200 more, will be quite highly possessed and this may be a fantastic pivot off him to differentiate your LU a little bit. I really do think Dawodu will obtain some decent possession as well but I think he’s a good GPP play this week. I believe the most probable outcome in this struggle is Dawodu becoming a (T)KO win. He must pay his off $9.4k salary if this is the case, especially if it’s early. He is a very solid striker and we didn’t get to see that in his UFC debut where he had been angry very early in the fight. This is the perfect fit for him to showcase his striking and there was so much hype behind him moving into his debut. I think we can see a 1st round KO here and that makes Hakeem Dawodu my GPP drama of this week.
Underdog drama of this week — Ion Cutelaba ($7,600)
The most important reason Cutelaba is my underdog drama of this week is because there’s not any way he is not scoring at least 10x if he is able to get the win. He has big power and could get a 1st round KO here and score over 100 DK points. If he does this with his economical salary of $7.6k he will certainly be at the winning lineup. This is a good fight to target either side but points per salary shrewd, Cutelaba has among those higher ceilings on the card. I don’t see this battle going to decision and the winner should score highly. I think if you’re making numerous lineups this weekend then you must definitely have vulnerability to Cutelaba.
Fade of this week — Katlyn Chookagian ($8,700)
I’m fading a couple of fighters this week personally, but the person I never considered using was Katlyn Chookagian. It is not that I do not believe she can win, since she for sure could. However, I don’t see her paying off an $8.7k DK salary with a win. I think we’d require a finish from her in this fight to receive 10x that salary and I believe that’s very unlikely to take place. The most Chookagian has ever scored in a UFC fight so far in her career is 83 DK points. That wouldn’t be sufficient here to place her at the winning lineup in her $8.7k price label. I think if you are making 20 or less lineups this Saturday you may safely fade Chookagian and when she’s a win it shouldn’t hurt much.
